Antique Plains Indian Sioux Catlinite War ClubThis old plains indian, probably sioux, catlinite, sinew (looks like) with leather over and then stitched along the handle war club. This is not our field but this club came from a frequent consignor of ours who has allowed us to sell many of his civil war and native american antiques on ebay over the past 3 years. He is not very knowledgable but all items have been sold successfullly and our clients have all been happy. Please look at the photos carefully and we are happy to try to answer your questions.
The lcub measures 21 3/4 long and the stone measures approximately 4 1/2 long. Winning bidder to pay priority insurde shipping in the usa. When possible we will combine tiems to save you $$ on shipping! We are not responsible for items lost by the post office and not insured and shipped in the us or overseas. When items are shipped to other countries 1st class mail international, our copy of the customs form is our proof of shipping and we are not responsible for loss. Please note there is no insurance available on 1st class mail international. Other countries shipping will vary.
