Old Pawn Silver Navajo 2Nd Phase Concho Belt BuckleUp for auction is a monumental museum quality pawn silver navajo indian hand wrought concha/concho belt. It si fresh out of an amazing collection. This belt is outstanding and dates to the early 1900's. It is an extremely fine quality navaoj second phase concho belt. All conchos are hand wrought coin silver rolled, then very heavy deep tsamping work. There are 8 conchos measuring 3 1/2 wide x 2 3/4 tall x 1/2 tall. The bcukle is 4 wide x 3 tall. The total length of the belt with buckle is 46 1/2 long. The belt and leather weight in ta one pound 9.6oz. The leather belt is 3 3/8 wide adn looks to have been a replacemet from the 1950's. The silver has nice age. It is not signed or stamped. The silver work on this piece is classic early navajo. It is fresh out of a fine old collection and not to be missed!
