Wild West Pipe Tomahawk Tacked Haft Early 1900S
Pipe tomahawk with iron cast head, small round eye, clean out plug present, tall elongated bowl, beautiful ash haft with 49 brass tacks. Two drop holes have been burned into haft, mouthpiece is present, although hsa a chip out of it. Veyr smooth worn feel, great patina, nicely aged wood. Some discoloration around tacks. Shows nice age and was most likely a wild west or dance piece. 22l, head 7h.
Head is slightly loose and shows shrinkage around eye. Collectible with no reserve.
